Render provides variable rendering of templated products.  Data can be merged into templates from MAP+ DataCMS or other sources allowing for the rendering of PDF, HTML, MP4, GIF, JPEG, PNG, and more.  Print-ready PDFs are generated for online orders of printed materials that integrate directly through MAP+ Order Automation.

Customer Support provides a ticket-based customer support environment that is customizable to your needs. Tickets can be assigned to GS customer support staff, and/or customer administrators.  Customer Support provides an API for ingestion of ticket data from any of the MAP+ subsystems. Notifications of ticket status changes, comments and resolution are sent through the MAP+ Notify system.
